1. 30-Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

- Wait for return approval and instructions from our support team.
- Ship the item back according to the return instructions provided by us.
Important: Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Weckify offers free shipping on all orders. However, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Customer-paid returns: If you wish to return an item, you are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label or arranging return shipping at your own expense.
- Original shipping cost: Since Weckify provides free outbound shipping, there is no original shipping charge to refund.
- Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
4. Return Conditions
Returned items must arrive in their original condition. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our eligibility standards.
Returns may be refused if the item:
- is used, damaged, or altered after delivery
- is returned without original packaging, accessories, manuals, or tags
- does not match the original order details
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
- If approved: Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Bank processing time: Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@Weckify.com.
To help us review the issue quickly, please include:

- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item and its packaging
Once reviewed, we will determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion, which may include a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- gift cards
- final sale or clearance items
- items marked as non-returnable on the product page
- items showing clear signs of heavy use, modification, or damage caused after delivery
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
9. Lost or Delayed Return Packages
Customers are responsible for the return shipment until it is delivered back to our return address. Weckify is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit back to us.
